We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro the minimum transaction for
credit cards is £15.00. Credit/debit card payments are not processed
until your order is despatched. If you prefer and for smaller amounts
you can pay by cheque, please make these payable to Scatty Cat.
Just call us on 0117 986 0417 between 10am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. Have your order and payment details to hand. At other times leave a message on the answering machine and we will get back to you.

All orders are despatched as soon as possible, but please allow up to
28 days for delivery. If you are unsure if your order will arrive in time
for a certain date please check before ordering.
Delivery charges of £2.75 relate to UK Mainland addresses these include Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland.
Payment for international orders is by credit/debit card only. Shipping is charged by weight, this is the weight of your goods plus the packaging.
All orders must be signed for. We will total the weights of each order and adjust the postage as follows:

If you want us to calculate your shipping charge before you order please
e-mail us with your order details. We will calculate it for you and e-mail
you back.
If you are unhappy with your Scatty Cat purchases for whatever reason please let us know within 5 days and return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging for either a replacement or refund. Postage and packing charges are not refundable.
Everything in the Scatty Cat range is hand crafted, so there maybe slight variations in either the fabric or design. This makes each item unique.
All sizes are approximate. Exact colour matches to catalogue photographs cannot be guaranteed. Scatty Cat products are gifts and decorations they are not suitable for children under 3 years old and should never be given as toys.
