Advent Calendars

The first signs of Christmas in a British home is the children's Advent Calendar. This popular tradition arose in Germany in the 19th century, originally the
images were from the Hebrew Bible. The first known Advent Calendar made
from handwork is from 1851. Because everything is handmade all sizes
are approximate.
