Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Card payments are not processed until your order is ready for despatch.

By Phone
Just call us on 0117 986 0417 between 10am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. Have your order and payment details to hand. At other times leave a message on the answering machine and we will get back to you.

Delivery
All orders are despatched as soon as possible, usually within 5 days unless
we are away at a show. If the item is out of stock you will be given the
opportunity to cancel your order. If you are unsure if your order will arrive in
time for a certain date please check before ordering. All orders are sent by
Recorded Delivery and require a signature.

Lost Items
We will do everything possible to assist the customer in tracking items lost in transit and if untraceable and accepted lost by the carrier we will replace the goods. This condition does not apply to customers who have requested unsigned for deliveries.

Delivery Charge
Delivery charges of £2.75 relate to UK Mainland addresses these include
Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands, Jersey, Guernsey
and Northern Ireland.

International Orders
We have a flat shipping fee of £10 on international order.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your Scatty Cat purchases for whatever reason please let us know within 5 days and return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging for either a replacement or refund. Postage and packing charges are not refundable.

And...Please Remember
Everything in the Scatty Cat range is hand crafted, so there maybe slight variations in either the fabric or design. This makes each item unique.
All sizes are approximate. Exact colour matches to catalogue photographs cannot be guaranteed. Scatty Cat products are gifts and decorations they are not suitable for children under 3 years old and should never be given as toys.
